Digital Strategy

Visibility for search engines, social feeds, and AI answers

Being good and being found are two different jobs. This page is about the second one.

Think about the last thing you bought after doing some research. Maybe an ad caught you. Maybe a search did. More and more often, people ask an assistant, get one answer back, and never open a website at all.

So being found happens in three places now: the feed, the search results, and the answer a machine gives when somebody asks about you. We plan for all three at once, because each one feeds the others.

001 // PPC

PPC (pay per click)

Paid media built around what someone is trying to do, wherever they happen to be scrolling.

•Campaign strategy across Google Ads and Meta, based on where your audience spends its time
•Targeting built around buying intent
•Creative made for each platform from the start
•Ongoing optimization. A campaign that launches well and then gets ignored is an expensive start.
002 // SMM

SMM (social media marketing)

An audience that wants to be there, rather than a calendar that has to be filled.

•Content strategy tied to your brand voice
•A calendar you can keep up with at your current staffing level
•Content made for each platform, since what works on one rarely survives the move to another
•Community management, since the word "social" is in the name for a reason
003 // SEARCH & AI ANSWERS

SEO, GEO & AEO

Search Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization. Three acronyms, one goal: when someone looks for what you do, in a search bar or a chat window, they find you, described accurately.

•Technical and on-page SEO, which still matters however search changes
•Content structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews can read your brand and describe it correctly
•Clean, consistent facts across your site: FAQs, service pages, and the details models look for
•Monitoring over time, because the way these tools describe you shifts when the models update

How this runs

01. Audit and researchWhere you stand, what's working, and where the opening is.
02. Strategy and channelsNot every channel deserves budget, and some of yours probably don't.
03. ExecutionCampaigns launch, content ships, optimization starts.
04. Measurement and iterationWe use AI to work through the numbers quickly. What changes next is decided by a person who knows the account.

Common questions about digital strategy

01

Do I need paid ads if I'm already investing in SEO?

Not always. SEO and AEO build over time, and PPC puts you in front of people now. Many brands run both, and some only need one.

02

What's the difference between SEO and GEO or AEO?

SEO is about ranking in traditional search results. GEO and AEO are about being the source an AI tool pulls from when it answers a question directly, often with no click at all. They overlap, but optimizing for one doesn't automatically cover the other.

03

How long before I see results?

Paid campaigns can move within weeks. SEO, GEO, and AEO build over a longer stretch. We'll give you a realistic window once we see where you're starting.

04

Can you manage social without touching branding or paid ads?

Yes. Each of these runs as its own engagement.

Not the right fit if you need guaranteed rankings or a guaranteed ROAS. Nobody who has run campaigns for long will promise either.
