What should I include?
Whatever you know: what you're trying to solve, which service you think it is, and any deadline. If you don't know all of that yet, tell us that.

Do you work outside the US and Canada?
Yes. Our main focus is the United States and Canada, and we also work with clients across Latin America and Europe.

Do I need to know which service I need?
No. "Not sure yet" is an option on the form, and working that out is part of the first conversation.
